Group Rate

Group Rate: $159 for single or double occupancy, plus tax. Rooms will be ready based on availability; an early check-in fee may apply for check-ins prior to 12:00pm. The group rate is available two days before and two days after the event dates based on availability if you want to extend your stay.

Hotel Reservations: The WWA room block at the Marriott Tacoma Downtown is currently sold-out, however cancellations do happen and rooms become available. We recommend you call the hotel frequently to see if you are able to get a room at (253) 294-9200 and reference the group name WWA. 

 

Driving Directions

The Marriott Tacoma Downtown is 33 miles from Downtown Seattle, and 24.8 from the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. Click here for driving directions.

Parking
WWA has secured a discounted overnight parking rate of $16. Guests staying overnight at the hotel should park on levels 2,3, or 6 of the Marriott Parking Garage and will have their parking costs added to their hotel bill. Please be prepared to share your license plate number with the front desk upon check-in.

Drive-in conference attendees may also park on levels 2, 3 or 6 of the Marriott Parking Garage and be prepared to pay these hourly rates: Less than 4 hours, $6; 4-10 hours, $12. Go to the hotel front desk to pay via cash or card. Payments at the garage parking meter are cash only.

If the Marriott levels are full, you may also park on levels 4 or 5 of the parking garage, however you will need to pay at the city parking meter and not at the hotel. The pricing for levels 4 & 5 is $12/day and credit/debit or exact cash are accepted. View this link for additional parking options.

Seattle-Tacoma International Airport

Ground Transportation:
Ground transportation, including Lyft, UBER, taxis, and rental cars, is available at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. The Marriott Tacoma Downtown does not provide a shuttle to and from the airport. 

Check out Premier Airport Shuttle to schedule your ride in advance from Sea-Tac to the Marriott for a discounted rate. Single riders cost $57.70 or gather your colleagues and share a ten passenger private van for $266.60. 

Rental Cars: 
All rental car companies operating at Sea-Tac Airport operate from a separate rental car facility with dedicated shuttle buses operating on a 24-hour-a-day schedule. There are two passenger pick-up areas located outside of baggage claim at the north and south ends of the main terminal.
